Global Bioimaging Facility Management Course

Global BioImaging together with its partners in Canada and United States, Canada BioImaging and BioImaging North America, respectively, as well as Canadian Network of Scientific Platforms, are jointly organizing a course focused on Facility Management.

The Global BioImaging Facility Management 2025 Course is open to imaging core facility directors, managers and staff, as well as imaging scientists from labs that offer access to imaging technologies and services. The course will feature in-person speakers from Canada, Ireland, Singapore, Uruguay and other countries, and provide invaluable opportunities for the participants to network with each other and the faculty.

This course will cover topics such as core facility management and operations, strategic planning and operations, business development and marketing, measuring the impact of imaging core facilities, career paths related to imaging cores, user training, and enhancing staff teaching skills through the train-the-trainer concept.
